A subprocessor is a company HustleForge works with that may process personal information on our behalf while we run The Forge platform and this website. This list may change as we add, replace, or stop using a vendor. To be notified when it changes, email support@hustleforge.tech.
1. Platform and payments
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website and application hosting, content delivery, DNS, the database that stores inquiry and platform records, event-analytics data, privacy-focused web analytics, and bot protection (Turnstile) on our public forms. Processes: submitted form information, platform records, and IP address and request metadata.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for subscriptions and one-time purchases. Processes: billing contact details and transaction information. HustleForge does not store full payment-card numbers.
2. AI answering feature
The Ask The Forge feature on our site sends the question you type to an AI generation provider, which composes an answer drawn from HustleForge’s published Forge documentation. That provider is:
- OpenAI, L.L.C. — generates written answers for the Ask The Forge feature. Processes: the question text you type into the Ask feature, together with the documentation excerpts we supply so an answer can be composed.
3. Communications and telephony
These providers are engaged only for customers who turn on the communications or receptionist features. If your business does not use those features, these providers do not receive your information.
- SendGrid — email delivery for platform and customer communications. Processes: recipient email addresses and the content of messages sent through The Forge.
- Twilio Inc. — inbound and outbound voice call handling for the receptionist feature. Processes: phone numbers, call metadata, and call outcomes such as completed, missed, or voicemail.
- Vapi — the AI voice receptionist that answers and handles calls. Processes: call transcripts and call recordings, along with the call outcome, duration and cost, and structured details captured during the call.
