Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for each HustleForge engagement type.

1. 48-Hour Workflow Rescue

This is a fixed-price, one-time engagement. Because work begins immediately after payment, it is non-refundable once work has started. If we fail to deliver the agreed fix within the 48-hour window due to a delay on our end, contact support@hustleforge.tech and we will either complete the engagement or issue a full refund.

2. Workflow System Buildout

This is a fixed-price, one-time project scoped with you before work begins. Once a scope is agreed and work has started, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, you’re entitled to a full refund. Contact support@hustleforge.tech to discuss any concerns during the engagement — we’d rather fix the problem than end on a refund.

3. AI Ops Partner (subscription)

This is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@hustleforge.tech within 14 days of the charge.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@hustleforge.tech with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
