This notice is provided to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”). It summarizes the categories of personal information HustleForge LLC collects, why, how long we generally keep it, and our position on sale and sharing. It does not replace our full Privacy Policy, which governs in the event of any conflict — see in particular Section 2 (Information We Collect), Section 4 (How We Use Information), Section 7 (Sale and Sharing of Personal Information), Section 10 (Data Retention), and Section 15 (California Privacy Notice).
Categories of Personal Information Collected
Depending on how you interact with The Forge, we may collect:
- Identifiers — name, business email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, account and organization identifiers.
- Account and access information — username, password hash, assigned role, permission settings, authentication and session events.
- Commercial information — Forge Plan, Blueprint, order-form, subscription, and billing records.
- Business and professional information — company structure, business entities and locations, software inventories, workflow and service requirements, support and training records.
- Internet or network activity — pages visited, consent-gated analytics events, and similar usage information (see Section 8 of the Privacy Policy).
- Customer-controlled operational information— where a business customer chooses to enter, import, or synchronize it: leads and customer records, jobs and service history, employee and contractor records, vendor and financial records, and similar operational data. The exact information processed depends on the customer’s configured scope.
- Integration and communications information — authorization tokens for connected systems, and communications sent through or associated with The Forge (emails, form submissions, support requests, call metadata).
Business or Commercial Purposes
We collect and use this information to:
- respond to inquiries and prepare a Forge Plan or Blueprint;
- create, secure, and administer accounts, and provide the Forge platform and support customers request;
- process billing, subscriptions, and contractual obligations;
- maintain security, detect and prevent fraud, and investigate policy violations;
- operate customer-authorized integrations and automated workflows, with human approval required before any action that commits a business; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to customer-configured retention settings, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. As a general reference: prospective-customer inquiries are typically kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction; contractual and billing records are typically kept for the engagement and a reasonable period after, generally up to seven years where needed for business, tax, or legal records. Full detail is in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
No Sale, No Sharing
HustleForge has not sold personal information or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising during the preceding 12 months, and we do not intend to. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.
