How Forge Credits work
Complete approved onboarding milestones and earn credits that reduce eligible launch costs. One Forge Credit equals one dollar toward qualifying setup, training, migration, or integration work.
Earned, not discounted
Credits accumulate as your team completes and gets approved on Guided Launch milestones — preparing data, connecting supported systems, completing training, and approving each step. They are not an automatic price cut.
Distinct from provider costs
Credits apply toward eligible launch services and temporary feature access. Advertising spend, per-minute usage, and other itemized third-party costs on marketplace add-ons are never paid with Forge Credits.
Never required for core usage
Core platform usage never consumes credits. Managed Launch customers earn participation credits on the same conversion without completing the Guided task list.

Credits are earned by:
- Completing the software inventory
- Supplying clean data
- Connecting supported systems
- Completing administrator training
- Approving the configuration
- Completing launch validation
Credits apply toward additional migration assistance, extra training, workflow packs, standard integration setup, optimization sessions, limited AI receptionist testing, and eligible Marketplace services. Core platform usage never consumes credits.
For feature testing, use time-limited trials — one optional module trial per quarter, 30-day access, explicit customer approval, no automatic paid conversion.
